From Survival to Softness™ is a 90-minute workshop designed to help you regulate, release, and rebuild from calm, not chaos. You’ve been holding it all together for so long, but your body is asking for something different now: safety, rest, and softness.
Inside this workshop, you’ll learn how to gently regulate your nervous system so you can finally exhale. Through guided practices and simple tools, you’ll reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and begin to rebuild your energy in a sustainable, grounded way.
This isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about remembering how to feel safe enough to rest.
Before our session, you’ll receive a short intake form and a gentle preparation guide to help you arrive feeling grounded and ready for transformation. During our 90-minute experience, we’ll move through The Soothe & Soften Method™ - regulation, release, and rebuilding - so you can shift from survival mode into softness. Afterward, you’ll receive reflection prompts and integration support to help you stay connected to your new sense of calm.

I’m Dr. Shermnae, a former dentist turned nervous-system and life-rebuilding coach for women who look fine on the outside but are quietly falling apart inside.
For years, I lived in survival mode; performing, producing, and pushing through exhaustion because I thought that’s what strength looked like. I was the dependable one, the achiever, the one who always held it all together…until my body and spirit couldn’t keep up anymore. What looked like “success” on paper was really burnout in disguise. I was anxious, depleted, and disconnected from myself. My nervous system was screaming for safety, but I didn’t yet know how to listen.
My healing began the moment I stopped trying to fix myself and started learning to feel myself — to soften instead of strive. That shift changed everything.
Now, through my work as The Destiny Doula™, I guide women just like you to do the same: to regulate your nervous system, release the pressure to perform, and rebuild a life that feels soft, safe, and sovereign.
This workshop was born from that journey. I know exactly what it feels like to smile through pain, to crave peace but not know how to reach it, and to wonder if there’s another way. There is - and I created this space to show you how.
